GODBREAKERS is a project in which the combat system allows you to weaken your opponents and absorb their abilities, then turn their power against their creators. The gameplay is built around the ability to interrupt your own actions to gain complete control of the situation, opening the door to devastating skill combos. A key mechanic is Godbreak a devastating attack that uses energy drained from opponents. All battles, including multi stage bosses that test reflexes and coordination, unfold in real time. Wandering through six diverse biomes, the heroes encounter the aftermath of a catastrophe caused by a rogue artificial intelligence. In this world, humanity has been destroyed by its own creation a system called Monad, which, in its quest for perfection, erased its creators and is now preparing to devour the Sun. Higher beings known as Celestials are bringing the last of humanity back to life to serve as their final weapon in this war. GODBREAKERS' co-op mode is designed for up to four players, where coordinated attacks and combined abilities are the key to victory against the forces of the Monad. Character development includes unlocking new Archetypes with unique weapons and traits, as well as customization of appearance and skills.
