Mad Island is an adventure with survival elements. It all starts with a cruise that ends in disaster: the boat hits a rock and sinks. You wake up on an unfamiliar island and soon meet another hero. Together, you begin searching for friends and escape from the island. The project includes two main characters, allowing you to switch between a female character and another character after reaching the island. This dynamic element adds depth to your journey as you overcome obstacles and uncover secrets.
The island is inhabited by natives. During the day, they do their own thing, and at night, they go to their homes. Interacting with the natives is an important aspect. You can visit them while they are sleeping, or catch them to put them to work in areas such as logging, excavation, and farming. There is an option to either allow or restrict personal freedoms. During your exploration, you will encounter enemies and monsters.
