Rayman Legends follows the adventures of a group of friends who set out to clear territories of dangerous monsters. The main characters are Globox, Teensy, and Rayman all cartoonish characters with distinct personalities and unique appearances. The game features a co-op mode, allowing multiple players to play simultaneously. The plot revolves around the awakening of evil forces in previously peaceful lands, led by the Dreaming Bubble, who have grown stronger and increased their army during the protagonists' absence. The characters must battle these enemies to restore order and peace. In Rayman Legends, enemies have kidnapped 10 princesses, and the game challenges players to find and rescue them. Multiple missions are available, launched from the main menu they don't have to be completed in a specific order. However, these missions vary in difficulty. The initial missions will be easier than those located closer to the end. Due to the gradually increasing difficulty, players can take them one at a time to learn the basics of gameplay, key bindings, and other aspects. In these platform style locations, players will encounter not only enemies but also a variety of puzzles. Furthermore, useful bonuses are scattered throughout the areas, which players must collect. A total of 120 campaign levels are available, with occasional boss battles and minigames.
